After receiving your calculations you will have up to 2 weeks to pay us choosing one of the methods stated on the invoice attached.

One beam design from only £60 +VAT
Two beam designs - £110
Three beam designs - £150
! Please note that £50 quote charge (admin fee) applies to any one agreed job, which covers time spent on emails (typically 5-10 per project) and looking/assessing your drawings. One beam/rsj + padstones calculations report @ £110 +vat (minimum project fee)
To design the steel beam/s correctly
you will have to email us a basic hand sketch or architect's full plans. Brief description of the proposed works will help as well.
Please make sure that the drawings are showing approximate dimensions, wall types and floor/ceiling joists span directions.
If you don't have drawings and live in Greater London then go on our tab M25 and book a site visit with our engineer.
